Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number to Strong Heating & Cooling — for example, on a contact, estimate, or service request form — you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from us related to your inquiry, appointments, and the services you've requested. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of Messages
Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimate and invoice notifications, follow-ups on completed work, and — only if you opt in — promotional offers and service reminders.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
Opting Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts, except where a message is needed to complete an active service request.

Messaging is available through major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
