"We are very pleased with the service we received from Strong Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them. When they installed a water heater for us, Steve was very professional and the work was done in a timely manner with no mess. The new water heater worked perfectly. Eight months later we noticed the drip pan under the water heater was unexpectedly starting to have a lot of water in it. We called Strong HC to come look at it. They came promptly and diagnosed it as a drainage issue related to the fact that the air conditioner shared the same drain. They fixed the issue at no cost to us since the water heater & workmanship were still under warranty. The fix was done within a few days. We are very impressed by their quick response, great service, and friendly professionalism."

"I literally can’t say enough lovely things about strong heating and cooling Jesse the tech that came out to our house was kind honest and genuinely helpful. Our AC for a few weeks had just not been able to keep up with the set temp and we couldn’t quite figure out why. Jesse came out and apparently we had next to no refrigerant left and the caps were off on our unit which is very odd. his guess was that maybe someone siphoned off our refrigerant which is crazy but not impossible. He was so lovely and filled up our refrigerant for free and all I had to pay was the dispatch fee. I will absolutely be coming back to strong heating and cooling for anything we need in the future. They are super kind and very fair."
